Uninsured Services & Fees

At Westminster Mobile Medical Imaging Inc. (WMMII), most medically necessary diagnostic imaging services are covered by OHIP for eligible patients. However, some examinations are not covered and must be paid for by the patient or requesting third party.

Uninsured Service Fees

Mobile Visit Fee: An additional $150 applies to uninsured examinations.

For OHIP-covered examinations, eligible mobile imaging charges are billed through OHIP, where applicable, without additional charges to the patient for insured services.

Payment & Requirements

• A valid medical requisition is required.
• Applicable fees will be confirmed before the examination.
• Payment and signed consent may be required before uninsured services are provided.
